At Easewell®, we want your experience to be smooth and worry-free. Please review the details below to understand how and when your order will be shipped and delivered.
Processing Time
- All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.
- You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details as soon as your order leaves our facility.
- During high-volume sale periods or promotions, processing may take slightly longer. Please allow additional time for your order to be prepared and shipped.
Shipping Time
- Our standard delivery time is 7–10 business days, depending on your location.
- Business days do not include weekends or public holidays.
- During peak seasons, holidays, or carrier disruptions, deliveries may experience slight delays. We appreciate your patience and understanding.
Shipping Costs
- Free Standard Shipping is offered on all orders within our active shipping regions.
- Expedited shipping options (if available) will appear at checkout with an additional cost.
Fulfillment & Warehousing
- Easewell® is a Canadian brand, and orders ship from our warehouse in Canada.
- Because we ship worldwide from Canada, your order may be handled by two or more carriers before it reaches you — our Canadian carrier for the first leg, and your local courier for the final delivery to your door.
- This shipping model lets us keep products in stock and accessible to customers across all of our active regions.
A Note on Tracking (Please Read)
Since orders to the US, Europe, and other regions travel through more than one shipping company, your tracking information may not always reflect every update along the way.
- For part of the journey — especially while your package is moving between carriers — tracking may appear to pause or show limited updates. This does not mean your order is lost or stalled; it is still on its way.
- Our system often only tracks the final leg of delivery, handled by your local courier, which is also when the order is marked as delivered.
- If your tracking seems quiet for a few days, please allow time for the handoff to your local courier to register. Updates typically resume once your package reaches its destination country.

Order Tracking
- Once your package has shipped, you'll receive an email containing your tracking number and a link to monitor its progress.
- Tracking updates may take up to 24–48 hours to appear after the shipping confirmation.
Delays
While most orders arrive within the estimated timeframe, please allow extra time for delivery in cases such as:
- High-volume promotional periods or holiday seasons
- Severe weather conditions
- Customs inspections (for international shipments)
- Carrier or logistics delays beyond our control
Lost or Damaged Packages
- If your order is lost in transit or arrives damaged, please contact our support team at info@tryeasewell.com within 7 days of delivery.
- Provide your order number, a brief description of the issue, and photos (if applicable). Our team will work quickly to resolve it.
International Shipping
- We currently ship to the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, Germany, and other parts of Europe, Australia, and New Zealand.
- We plan to expand to additional regions soon — stay tuned for updates on new shipping destinations.
